In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain automation for platform lifecycle and multitenant selfservices (GitOps / API / portal).
  Design and troubleshoot selfservice flows (e.g., tenant provisioning, Entra ID access setup).
  Manage release tracking, platform updates, and software dependencies.
  Create documentation and training materials for internal platform users.
  Plan and roll out new automations and selfservice features.
  Collaborate with Platform Engineers on requirements and solution design.
  Support and enhance automation infrastructure across dev/test/prod environments.
  Contribute to stable 24/7 operations and improve monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, OpenTelemetry).
  Support architecture evolution and ongoing platform improvements.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience automating platform or infrastructure operations using tools like Pulumi (Python/Go).
  Know how to build or extend developer selfservices using Backstage (React + backend APIs).
  Work confidently with DevOps pipelines and tooling: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Harbor, Argo CD.
  Can develop or integrate with platform APIs using Python and/or Java.
  Understand Kubernetes (AKS) and cloud platforms (Azure, VMware).
  Communicate clearly, collaborate well with engineering teams, and document your work effectively.
  Enjoy solving technical problems, automating manual processes, and improving platform reliability.
