✔ Leading a hardworking team to crush production and distribution goals – on time & on budget
Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to perform at their best
✔ Conducting performance reviews and providing clear feedback
✔ Prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring everyone stays on track
✔ Upholding safety, quality, and efficiency—your team’s success starts with you!
✔ Handling incidents, problem-solving on the fly, and keeping operations smooth
✔ Communicating effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and leadership
✔ Keeping accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation

🔎 What We’re Looking For 🔎

Manufacturing or distribution experience (metal experience preferred!)
✅ Strong leadership & people skills—your team needs a motivator, not just a manager
Hands-on, boots-on-the-ground leadership style—no desk jockeys here!
✅ Ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems, and make decisions fast
Basic computer skills & ability to work with warehouse systems
✅ Willingness to go through a background check & drug screen

Preferred:
🎓 Bachelor's degree
📦 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar field
⚙️ Knowledge of metals & processing, safety programs, ISO standards, lean practices
