Vos responsabilités
- Payroll and Compensation:
Timely and independent execution of monthly payroll for a defined group of employees in compliance with all tax and social security regulations. - Time Management:
Support for assigned employees in the area of time tracking, especially using the ZEUS system, including maintenance and analysis of time accounts. - Personnel Administration:
Independent handling of all administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding including contract management, master data maintenance, and creation of employment references. - External Communication:
Responsible for reporting and certification duties, as well as professional correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, and social security institutions. - Company Pension Scheme:
Initial support and long-term independent management of the company pension scheme acting as a competent contact for all employees. - Advisory Function:
Providing expert, service-oriented, and trustworthy advice to employees and managers on all payroll-related topics.
Votre profil
- Training:
Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., as an industrial clerk or tax clerk) or a comparable qualification. - Professional Experience:
Initial hands-on experience in payroll or a similar HR-related function. - Expertise:
Sound knowledge of income tax and social security legislation. - IT Skills:
Ideally, experience with a database-supported payroll system such as Paisy. - Work Style & Soft Skills:
Independent, structured, and deadline-oriented way of working; high level of discretion, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
