• Operate and monitor the test facility in Skive according to defined procedures and safety standards
• Support setup and preparation of test equipment, instruments, and process systems
• Record process data, observations, and deviations accurately
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality test execution
• Contribute to optimization of testing workflows and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental guidelines

• Technical apprenticeship as a chemical-technical assistant, chemical laboratory assistant, or chemical technician, or similar qualification (e.g., industrial technician, plant operator, process operator)
• Practical experience working with industrial equipment, test facilities, or process plants is an advantage
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and quality standards
• Ability to follow structured processes and documentation requirements
• Good communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in an international environment; Danish and English skills are required
