Vos responsabilités
- Technical Support Team Leader for Daily Production
- Validation of technical documentation such as: work instructions, tooling diagrams, visual aids, and verification sheets.
- Direct participation in root cause analysis for problem solving.
- Management of the production line process (process parameters, programs, etc.).
- Support and follow-up of the training process for operating personnel based on technical documentation for the different processes (Machining, Assembly, Grinding, Cam Center).
- Active work with the multidisciplinary team on scrap reduction meetings.
- Responsible for implementing corrective actions defined by the multidisciplinary team on scrap reduction meetings.
- Participation in SMED-related workshops and activities with the multidisciplinary team.
- Active participation in S2QDC meetings with the multidisciplinary team.
- Responsible for optimizing existing processes and reducing costs through improvement projects and meeting KPIs.
Votre profil
- Conversational English.
- Completed manufacturing, industrial, or related engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Grinding experience (minimum 2 years of experience).
- Machining experience (minimum 2 years of experience).
- Assembly experience (minimum 2 years of experience).
- PDCA problem-solving skills.
