Vos responsabilités
- Machine maintenance
- Daily maintenance checks
- Preventative maintenance initiatives
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, update and repair malfunctioning plant equipment
- Perform routine mechanical or machining maintenance activities on equipment
- Perform daily checks of plant support systems including air compressors, fire suppression, and machine chillers; take readings, fill out corresponding checklists, and turn in weekly
- Participate in preventative maintenance program based on OEMs (Original Equipment Manuals) for plant equipment, machinery, and related facilities
- Maintain record of work orders, repairs done, and parts used
Votre profil
- Education/Credentials/Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Specialized training in mechanics trade or related field preferred
- Length of Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical
- Ability to convert metric to standard and basic mathematical ability
- Excellent reasoning and problem solving ability
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems
