🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Certified and able to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment.
Pull, inspect, and verify materials before processing.
Set up equipment and run materials according to work orders and specifications.
Conduct quality checks, record data, and ensure products meet specifications.
Communicate with sales reps about any order changes or clarifications.
Recommend improvements and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
Assist in packaging and labeling materials per work instructions.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
Train others as needed and serve as a collaborative team member.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of machine operation experience
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
Familiarity with handheld measuring tools
Strong safety mindset
🔧 Preferred Experience:
Prior work in warehousing or metals industry
Forklift certification/experience
Basic computer literacy
