Vos responsabilités
- Processing of damage and legal cases of companies of the thyssenkrupp Presta Steering Group, enforcement or defense of claims of all kinds preferably by avoiding legal action
- Creation, design, review and negotiation of contracts and contract templates of all kinds, in particular purchase and delivery contracts as well as cooperation and development contracts
- Giving legal advice to various corporate functions, particularly in the area of general civil law, law of obligations and corporate law
- Identification, processing and avoidance of legal risks
- Conception and implementation of training courses on relevant legal topics for employees of the thyssenkrupp Presta Steering Group
- Organization and implementation of legal projects
- Coordination of any external (legal) advisors
- As part of the Corporate Function LEX, participation in various group projects
Votre profil
- University degree in law
- At least 5 years of professional experience, mainly in contracting and negotiation
- Experience in law enforcement desirable
- Good understanding of economic contexts
- Experience and knowledge in the automotive industry is advantage
- Proficient in English and German, other foreign language is advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience as well as sovereignty even in difficult negotiation situations
- Assertiveness
- Accuracy and reliability
- Flexibility in thinking and acting
- Willingness to travel and participate in further trainings
