Vos responsabilités
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Horizon Program Manager
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of internal improvement projects across various departments
- Maintenance and operation of the project management system for the improvement projects
- Help organize and prepare internal demos, reporting sessions, and stakeholder updates
- Participate in regular agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Votre profil
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is a strong advantage
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar) is a plus
