Strategic Planning: Collaborating with senior management to understand business needs and aligning HR strategies to support those goals.Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive work environment by helping with conflict resolution, coaching managers, and supporting engagement initiatives.Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, retention strategies, and workforce planning, while ensuring the organization has the right talent in place.Performance Management: Helping managers with performance evaluations, feedback processes, and setting employee goals that align with the company’s objectives.Organizational Development: Supporting leadership in building a high-performance culture, including talent development and succession planning.HR Analytics: Using data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.Change Management: Helping the company navigate changes such as restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions by supporting employees and leaders throughout the process.Compliance & Legal: Ensuring that HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations and supporting any legal or regulatory matters related to employees.
