Vos responsabilités
- Manage the calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the board and internal teams as well as external partners
- Organize meetings with or on behalf of the Directors, take detailed notes and follow-up on action items
- Manage internal communications and act as an interface to the Headquarters for all communication related tasks
- Support in content creation for the company website and social media posts for the company’s management team
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Proactively identify opportunities and processes to improve internal efficiency
- Organize office operations and procedures to ensure effective support of the board.
Votre profil
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within an engineering company or similar technical environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other organizational tools.

- Strong ability to organize a daily workload by priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
