Vos responsabilités
- Participation in the development of individual parts and / or assemblies under:

- consideration of customer and / or legal requirements
- consideration of functional, weight, installation requirements, design for manufacturing, economic aspects
- Execute project tasks according to the product creation process
- Creation of detailed 3D models of assemblies and individual parts under consideration of internal standards and customer requirements
- Creation of detailed single part -, assembly - and manufacturing-drawings under consideration of international norms, internal standards and customer requirements
- Design of the components in close cooperation with the CAE department, suppliers and customers
- Evaluation of the results and derivation of constructive improvement opportunities
- Participation in the creation of a design / process FMEA
- Preparation and presentation of the work results internally and externally
- Participation in regular communications and project meetings
- Coordination of prototype production at suppliers and internal areas with a focus on function, dates and costs
- Data evaluation with suitable software tools
- Processing of the PPAP documentation
- Check and maintain BOM‘s in CAD / EDP system
- Communicate changes in documentation to align all affected departments like OPS, QAM, LOG, MPP
- Compliance and improvement of business processes
- Implementation of optimization measures accompanying the series
- Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessment together with QAM for deviations in production
- Support validation testing for changes and local developments
Votre profil
- Master / bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or comparable studies.
- 3 years experience automotive industry.
- Experienced Product / Design Engineer.
- SAP.
- CATIA V5 CAD (R19).
- Apis IQ FMEA.
- BABTEQ DFMEA.
- Bilstein-Software Tools/Programme.
- Core tools (including 8D & 6 sigma methods).
- English advanced.
