Vos responsabilités
- Act as the main quality interface towards customers and support effective communication with customer quality teams and related functions.
- Coordinate and maintain the customer quality plan and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Lead and coordinate initial sampling activities (product and process), including production release activities.
- Analyze customer-specific quality requirements, communicate them internally, and ensure implementation.
- Participate in FMEA activities and drive the integration of lessons learned from similar products and processes.
- Define and monitor customer-specific quality targets, including 0-km and field quality performance.
- Support the development of cleanliness requirements and customer-specific testing concepts.
- Participate in special release processes and review ongoing special release activities.
- Monitor APQP and RGA activities and coordinate suppliers for high-risk projects.
- Manage prototype complaint processes and ensure effective internal and external customer communication.
- Ensure availability of customer-specific testing equipment and validation processes.
- Participate in prototype testing, commissioning, initial sample production, and serial production launches.
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation packages to customers.
- Escalate quality risks when internal or external quality targets are at risk and drive corrective actions.
Votre profil
- Technical degree or relevant technical qualification.
- Experience in operational quality management; auditor qualification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, basic statistics, FMEA, 8D problem solving, APQP, PPAP, and RGA.
- Good understanding of automotive quality standards and customer requirements, including IATF 16949, VDA, and customer-specific standards.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Quality-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional thinking.
- Willingness to travel.
- Self-confident, assertive, and resilient personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
