Vos responsabilités
Develop communication strategy: Development and implementation of a targeted communication strategy for internal and external communication in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
Manage communication channels: Responsibility for all communication channels within the BU, including portfolio management and cross-channel planning.
Coordinate topics: Coordination of BU-specific communication needs in collaboration with management and relevant interfaces.
Lead projects and campaigns: Independent execution of communication projects, campaigns, and formats, including performance monitoring.
Prepare content: Planning, creation, and editorial preparation of content for internal and external publications.
Ensure corporate design and standards: Monitoring compliance with corporate design guidelines and standardization of communication media and processes.
Oversee GEN process: Planning and management of all GEN activities in accordance with current guidelines and compliance regulations.
Manage events: Organization and execution of BU-internal events in close coordination with relevant departments.
Act as communication interface: Central point of contact for all communication matters within the BU and support for department heads in their initiatives.
Votre profil
Professional qualification: Completed degree or vocational training in communication, marketing, or a comparable field.
Work experience: Several years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or similar communication roles.
Project and consulting skills: Experience in project management, working with service providers, and internal consulting.
Writing and media skills: Strong editorial abilities and confident handling of various media formats.
IT skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office and an affinity for digital communication solutions.
Language skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
Personal profile: Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style, high service orientation, strong communication skills, and social competence.
