Vos responsabilités
- You review all local change requests (change of supplier, material, process, design etc.) and evaluate the complexity using the defined Change Management (CM) tool.
- You approve or reject change requests and consult the required experts for that decision (local or within BU)
- Depending on the complexity, you become then change owner (=take over responsibility for managing the change) or assign a functional colleague as change owner.
- In case of very complex changes that affect several sites or products, you consult the BU Change Management.
- You monitor the execution of each change using the CM tool. You put special focus that timelines are kept and customer communication is conducted in time.
- You organize and lead the local change board for reporting and escalations
- You support the change owners in handling of the CM tool
- You conduct trainings on change management together with the global change controller team
- You continuously improve change management processes as well as the tool together with the global change controller team
- You lead cross-functional EOP activities according to defined processes
Votre profil
- you studied Engineering or business Administration
- You are aware of automotive standards in regards to change management
- You have expericene in projectmanagement and evaluation of business case evaluations
- You have experience in sharepoint online and fun in KPI analyis and identifying measures
- You have an independent as well as goal-oriented working style
- You impress those around you with your enthusiasm, commitment and open communication.
- Ideally you have expereices in powerApps (power automate, PowerBi)
