Vos responsabilités
- Development and governance of concepts to meet regulatory requirements (LkSG, CSDDD, EUDR).
- Lead of cross-functional ESG projects within Procurement (processes, roles, governance, controls).
- Translation of strategic ESG objectives into procurement requirements; coordination with Quality, SCM, Finance, and IT.
- Monitoring of ESG regulations; representation of Procurement in ESG committees and working groups.
- Design of supplier management processes: risk analysis, prevention measures, audits, Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Establishment of an ESG KPI reporting framework, including dashboard and ESG tool/data landscape.
Votre profil
- You have successfully completed a degree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH) or an 8-semester bachelor's degree program.
- You have solid knowledge of procurement processes, particularly supplier management, as well as organizational development.
- You possess excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, along with practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft applications. The use of Power BI comes naturally to you. In addition, you have strong expertise in procurement processes and IT.
- You are characterized by a meticulous, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working and have a strong understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG regulations.
- You communicate confidently and professionally with internal departments as well as domestic and international authorities. Strong stakeholder engagement comes naturally to you.
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as very good English skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- You work reliably, independently, and responsibly, while also demonstrating strong teamwork skills and a high willingness to collaborate across departments.
- You are adaptable, maintain a clear overview even when legal frameworks change, and actively drive continuous improvements and further development.
