Vos responsabilités
- You will be responsible for the development of product cost analyses, targeting cost down activities and for drafting and monitoring of development program budgets supporting the successful development and commercialization of the Alkaline Water Electrolysis Product inside gH2.
- You analyze and assess the cost structures of existing and new products.
- You find, monitor and document continuous product related cost down measures.
- You establish a transparent productivity reporting.
- You provide cost advice and consult product development teams in conjunction with cost down initiatives.
- You support the respective product managers in the development of cost targets for existing and new products to ensure the long termed competitiveness.
- You develop, introduce and establish the required procedures and processes to support a sustainable cost mindset.
- You periodically monitor, assess and present budgets for product development programs.
Votre profil
- You have an university degree in business administration, engineering or similar.
- You have three years of professional experience ideally in the fields of product cost optimization, value analysis or cost down initiatives.
- Nice to have is expertise in plant business with touchpoints to manufacturing or procurement.
- You own an extended toolbox for cost reduction measures across the entire value chain and you are familiar to cost monitoring processes and procedures.
- You have project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Moreover, you have the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Your intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences.
- You are prepared for close collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in in English and German.
- You are willing to go on international business trips occasionally.
