Vos responsabilités
- You lead the creation and execution of global Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards at tk Presta
- You ensure compliance with the central thyssenkrupp IAM specifications
- You identify and apply best practices for authentication, authorization and identity lifecycle management
- You nsure IAM standards are consistently followed across all regions and business units worldwideYou oversee and manage all ongoing IAM initiatives and projects within the IT infrastructure domainYou design comprehensive IAM architectures for cloud, on premises and hybrid environments
- You identify emerging IAM technologies and trends to support global IT and security goals and create roadmaps for modernizing existing systems
Votre profil
- You hold a masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in IAM architecture, security engineering or IT infrastructure roles
- You possess deep knowledge of IAM platforms, cloud identity solutions and security best practices
- You have experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and IAM audits
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English and German
