Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and safety-focused Flatbed Class A CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate with a minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience. This position requires professionalism, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering to construction sites, transporting heavy equipment, safely securing loads, and operating material handling equipment.This role is approximately 60% warehouse operations (loading and unloading trucks) and 40% driving as a backup CDL driver when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations (Approximately 60%)
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and organize materials.
- Assist with receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure accurate shipment preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
CDL Driving Responsibilities (Approximately 40%)
- Serve as a backup Class A CDL driver and operate flatbed trucks as needed.
- Deliver heavy equipment and materials to construction sites and customer locations.
- Operate Manitou or Moffett truck-mounted forklifts for loading and unloading materials at delivery sites.
- Safely secure loads using proper tie-down and cargo securement methods.
- Navigate and back into tight delivery areas with precision and professionalism.
- Deliver throughout Ohio, Michigan, portions of Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New York.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customer site contacts.
- Ensure safe, on-time, and accurate deliveries while complying with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- Previous flatbed experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required; Manitou/Moffett experience preferred.
- Experience delivering to construction sites and transporting heavy equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends as needed.

Pay and Benefits
- $26. - $28.00per hour / $0.52cents a mile if over 300 miles / $25 Additional Stops / $30 for Layover.
