Tareas
- Support the digital transformation of business process focused on Order-to-Cash.
- Acting as a SAP SD internal functional designer/ developer:
- Cooperating with 1st support line/ key users eliciting requirements and translating business needs into function and/or technical solution design documents for the offshore development team. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO and/or QPPD,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate functional domain transactions and solve complex business problems,
- Handling quality assurance activities of offshore programmed tickets,
- Reviewing existing developments / RICEFWs regarding incidents and improvement options,
- Occasionally act as 3rd line support by conducting system analysis, configuring/ customizing and developing incident fixes and functional developments. This includes writing functional specifications for enhancement spots, user exits, function exits, and BADIs using the SAP enhancement framework.
- Ensure documentation and know-how transfer.
Perfil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related,
- At least 5 years of experience as SAP-SD Consultant,
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English (C1) and German (B2-C1) ,
- Advanced knowledge in SAP SD customizing, system administration, interfaces with SAP MM, FI/CO. SCM-APO (gATP) and S/4 HANA,
- Advanced ABAP programming skills (development and debugging ability),
- Certifications of SAP-Knowledge will be an asset,
- Experience with Order-to-Cash processes. Work experience in a manufacturing industry will be an asset,
- Being analytical, results driven, service oriented, having high motivation and a good teamworker,
- Being capable to effectively use existing procedures, processes and tools to identify and solve problems,
- Experience of working in large landscapes / environments / customers.
