Tareas
- Drive the development and implementation of the Automotive Technology segment's mid-term transformation roadmap, partnering closely with business leaders
- Drive strategic and performance improvement initiatives across the Automotive Technology segment and its Business Units, identifying and executing opportunities to enhance profitability, optimize cost structures, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness. Support selected M&A projects, partnering initiatives, and organizational development efforts to accelerate value creation
- Contribute significantly to project success and to the financial development of the segment’s businesses by collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders and functional departments
- Develop executive-level analyses, reports, and decision materials for the Segment CEO and Executive Board, and coordinate preparation of key management meetings and strategic reviews
- Independently conduct strategic analyses, market assessments, benchmarking studies, and business evaluations, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
- Establish and maintain fact-based management reporting and performance transparency, providing relevant insights, data, and analyses to support strategic decision-making
Perfil
- You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- You bring several years of professional experience at a renowned management consulting firm or within the strategy department of a large corporation
- You possess extensive industry expertise, particularly in the automotive technology sector, as well as a profound understanding of the market environment and competitive landscape
- You are distinguished by excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as a high level of responsibility
- You demonstrate a confident and professional presence, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- You are experienced in working in large corporate environments, including communicating with senior decision-makers, and you are a true team player
- You have an excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI
- You have professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, German knowledge is an advantage
