Tareas
- Ensuring that reported numbers between reporting systems are accurate and free of variances.
- Meeting reporting deadlines and ensuring flawless data submission in SAP.
- Preparing and updating Excel checker files, utilizing Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) to analyze and validate financial data.
- Ensuring the accuracy of Estimation and Actuals reporting monthly.
- Direct collaboration with companies to ensure compliance with IFRS in reporting and bookkeeping, providing ad hoc support and ensuring they meet their deadlines.
- Participating in and reviewing financial planning processes, which includes comparing the ETE system with SAP. This involves analyzing financial indicators such as the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement, as well as preparing forecasts, budgets, and Plan 1 and 2 for companies in the ETE system.
Perfil
- 6 years of professional experience in finance accounting or controlling including at least 2 years of experience as a Controlling Specialist/Financial Reports Consolidation.
- Knowledge of controlling/reporting as well as International Accounting Standards, IFRS.
- Professional skills at SAP, Excel & Outlook.
- Command of Business Warehouse.
- Concentration and attention to details skills.
- Great communication skills at all levels of the organization.

- Organizing skills as well as methodical and analytical attitude towards given tasks.
