We are looking for an experienced Senior C&I Engineer with relevant design house experience to join the C&I Engineering Department.
The successful candidate will be required to fulfil the following job description but not limited to:
- Interaction with the client to understand and deliver to Client’s expectations.
- Performing lead engineer role on various projects.
- Participate in PFD and P&ID Reviews, HAZOP, 3D model and constructability reviews
- Lead or participate in SIL Reviews
- Perform manpower planning and project schedule management for the projects where a lead engineer role is held.
- Perform scoping exercises on site
- Develop the control system design for the project including control narratives and supporting documents for the control and shutdown systems.
- DCS and ESD functional design
- Development of SIL documentation. SIL verification and functional safety design.
- Development of complex control narratives
- Instrument selection (including technology selection) and specifications
- Develop documentation for the field instrumentation design including data sheets, wiring and loop drawings and bill of
- Develop communication design for control systems and data networks.
Perfil
The successful candidate must be in possession of a BSc./ B.Eng. Electrical/ Electronic Engineering degree with 8 years engineering experience in a contracting environment working on projects in the energy and chemical/ refining / petrochemical industries.
Professional Registration with ECSA is preferable.
A working knowledge of NEC would be an added advantage
Experience in brownfield project execution.
Design experience with Smartplant Instrumentation
