Tareas
- Translate global commodity strategies into actionable regional plans
- Collaborate with Global Commodity Managers to ensure strategy alignment
- Proactively identify and mitigate regional supply risks and claims
- Manage and develop supplier base
- Lead negotiations and implement global agreements locally
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
- Support plants and business units in resolving supply issues
- Ensure compliance with PSM Governance, procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Act as the primary contact for regional stakeholders on commodity-related procurement topics
Perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- 3+ years of experience in procurement or commodity management (automotive or large series production preferred)
- Knowledge of Electronics / Electromechanics supply markets and regulations
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Skilled negotiator with solid contractual knowledge
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Intercultural experience and adaptability
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel
