Job Summary

Plant Supervisor – Second Shift
Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 + Monthly Gainshare Incentive
Schedule: Second Shift
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Second Shift Plant Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for a supervisor who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems in real time, and keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
You’ll be the go‑to leader on second shift—supporting operators, coordinating production activities, and ensuring standards are met every shift.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support hourly production employees on second shift
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met
- Assign work, monitor performance, and provide day‑to‑day coaching
- Address production issues and escalate when needed
- Support training, cross‑training, and continuous improvement efforts
- Complete shift reports and communicate handoffs with other shifts
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience supervising in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Strong floor presence with the ability to lead, communicate, and problem‑solve
- Working knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes
- Comfortable using basic systems for reporting and scheduling
- Willingness to work second shift on a consistent schedule
