Tareas
- Provide operational support for certain global IT Services, such as CyberSecurity Endpoint Protection, IT System and Network Monitoring and/or IT Server System Patching, with gradual involvement and expansions.
- Provide L2 support for these services and cooperate with the global IT team (i.e. IT security topics, IT projects in the mentioned services mainly but not only).
- Establish and ensure standard, reliable and effective operations of IT services, even beyond the guidelines.
- Continuously improve these IT service operations and related standards.
- Analyze logs, events, incidents regular basis such as CyberSecurity Endpoint Incidents, Monitoring Events, Server Patching Events, etc. Based on the analysis propose, define, execute and follow-up professional corrective actions to resolve the incidents.
- Manage and document IT System Patching, CyberSecurity Endpoint Protection, IT System Monitoring incidents in the ticketing system.
- Collaboration in the definition of local and/or global standards.
- Close cooperation with IT and other departments (i.e. with the Risk & Security function during audits).
Perfil
- Broad experiences in IT service supports and operations.
- Deep understanding one of supported services: IT System and Network Monitoring services and IT Server System Patching.
- Good knowledge of MS infrastructure services mainly on-prem and cloud based as well. Additional administration skills required at least in one of listed technologies: Cisco Networking, VMware vSphere, HCL BigFix, SolarWinds Orion, Microsoft Defender or Trellix ePO/ENS/ATP.
- Problem solving thinking, capable to analyze and propose solutions or workarounds.
- Proactive, self-confident attitude but able and capable to follow standards and policies.
- Good English knowledge, German knowledge is an advantage.
- 3-5 years L1 and/or L2 Level support experiences ideally in one of the mentioned services above.
- Readiness for continuous trainings and educations.
- Willingness to work flexibly if needed (possible out-of-hours assignments).
- Willingness to work with colleagues from different cultures.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 5 %).
