- Shaping and leading the spare parts group and reporting directly to the Global Head of Service Execution, ensuring alignment with global organizational goals and standards.
- Building up the organization for 2 years operational spare parts (2YOSP) and the common spare parts.
- Developing and implementing a global spare parts tool.
- Fostering long-term customer engagement by development and execution of service spare parts contracts.
- Ensuring alignment with new build sales with regards to 2YOSP being strongly positioned either in the new build contract or in a separate service contract.
- Ensuring efficient processes, high quality service delivery, and seamless collaboration between technical and customer-facing teams.
- Developing a database and AI based tool for handling spare parts in a proactive manner towards clients and ensuring required input from manufacturers.
- Developing and implementing strategies to widen the spare parts scope of know how intensive components.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Service, procurement and the technical disciplines.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs for the spare parts business.
Perfil
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar qulaification.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical and customer-facing teams.
- Minimum of 10 years in engineering roles within chemical production companies or EPC companies with experience in specifying & purchasing spare parts, knowledge in warehousing.
- Experience in driving global spare parts business from proposal to execution.
- Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Experience in sales management incl. Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Knowledge in QM-systems including development of resulting working instructions.
- Proven skills in spare parts contract development and execution.
- Excellent communication skills in English language.
- In-depth knowledge of methods for process optimization.
