This is an individual contributor role requiring active, hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR operations. The incumbent will support core HR processes including training, performance management, HR operations, and digital initiatives.
Key Primary Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and support the annual performance management cycle.
- Follow up with managers for timely completion of goal settings, mid-term and annual reviews.
- Maintain appraisal records and generate basic reports.
- Prepare and maintain various HR MIS reports.
- Analyze and track HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, retention, and other key workforce indicators.
- Ensure HR records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Support HR / IMS audits and documentation requirements.
- Support implementation, customization, and integration of modules in the proposed HRMS system.
- Support all HR initiatives in designing and implementation stages
- Facilitate employee engagement activities for the organization
- Work on the global mobility initiatives based on global mobility policies
In addition to the above, provide support and co-ordinate for Talent acquisition, and L&D activities
Perfil
- MBA / MMS (HR) or equivalent qualification from good B-School / University / Institute.
- 45 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in engineering, EPC or similar structured environment preferred.
- Exposure to HR operations with a good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- High ownership and ability to work independently.
