Position Overview:
The Global Head of Spare Parts Execution is a strategic transformation leader responsible for redesigning and scaling the global spare parts business into a highly efficient, customer-focused and digitally enabled operation. The role is commercial and process-oriented, focusing on business excellence, standardization, automation, and profitability rather than technical product solutions. The position will establish a world-class spare parts operating model that supports growth, superior customer service, and long-term competitive advantage with focus on the global execution perspective.
The successful candidate will establish a globally performing spare parts organization, significantly increase profitability and customer satisfaction, implement automated KPI and reporting structures, digitize and automate core processes, launch innovative business models and create a scalable operating model that sets a benchmark for the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial and operational transformation of the global spare parts business and establish a standardized global operating model.
- Design and implement tailored spare parts management solutions for customers, covering forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and end-customer delivery.
- Design customer-centric service models that balance delivery speed, availability, cost and profitability.
- Identify and implement new business models for wear part and spare parts to drive growth and create additional revenue streams.
- Develop differentiated strategies for high-value and critical spare parts to maximize profitability and service performance.
- Drive digitalization, automation, and process simplification across the entire spare parts value chain with focus on speed and execution efficiency.
- Implement a global KPI framework, automated reporting, and management dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Challenge existing practices and lead radical change initiatives that reduce complexity and improve efficiency.
- Build lean scalable processes that support a global organization.
- Create a best-in-class operating model that could potentially be commercialized and offered externally as a service solution.
- Engage and inspire people across the organization for the transformation journey by fostering open communication, inclusive participation, and targeted initiatives to support motivation and buy-in.
Perfil
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in aftermarket services, spare parts operations, supply chain, commercial excellence or business transformation.
- Proven success in global transformation programs, process optimization, digitalization and implementation of KPI-driven management systems.
- Experience in international and matrix organizations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver's license

Travel:
Travel requirements up to 40%, as this is a global role.
