Tareas
- Conceptual development of the department, taking into account state-of-the-art financial processes and systems
- Disciplinary and professional management of employees
- Preparation of quarterly, monthly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP
- Financial reporting, liquidity planning, and execution of currency hedging according to internal guidelines
- Preparation of income tax returns and statistical reports
- Clarification of national and international sales tax issues
- Development and implementation of procedural guidelines
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and authorities
- Responsible for defining content, implementation, compliance and performance of processes and applicable documentation for general ledger, cash management, accounts payable/receivable processes
- Independent identification and resolution of follow-up tasks, delegation of subtasks, and monitoring of team performance
Perfil
- Certified accountant or federal professional certificate
- Strong finance background with minimum 5 years’ management experience in finance
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and good knowledge of SAP CO, SAP MM, and SAP@Kons
- Strong German and English skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive approach
- High degree of independence, flexibility, and team-oriented leadership
- Discretion, reliability, and precise work ethic
