Tareas
- Support Finance Business Partners and key stakeholders across Business Units, regions, and central functions with financial analyses and day-to-day controlling activities.
- Prepare, validate, and consolidate regular management reporting, KPI analyses, forecasts, budget submissions, and monthly closing information.
- Assist in the creation of financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and management presentations to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the coordination and documentation of planning, reporting, and Finance improvement projects across regional and functional teams.
- Support the further development and standardization of Finance processes, reporting tools, data quality, and internal-control documentation.
- Work closely with international colleagues to provide reliable Finance support on intercompany topics, performance management, and ad-hoc analyses.
Perfil
- University degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Management Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with related processes, reports and ideally ERP/reporting systems (e.g. SAP)
- Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Good valuation and modeling abilities
- High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and assertiveness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, openness, and resilience
- Willingness for continuous professional development
- Fluent English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
