- Audit Management
- Represent Global Procurement in internal, external, certification, and customer audits
- Coordinate audit preparation, execution, and follow-up activities
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions
- Compliance & Customer-Specific Requirements
- Review, assess, and interpret procurement-relevant customer-specific requirements (CSR)
- Ensure implementation of CSR requirements within procurement processes and standards
- Monitor compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements
- Internal Control System (ICS / IKS)
- Coordinate procurement-related ICS activities and controls
- Ensure design, implementation, and effectiveness of procurement controls
- Align control requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Process & Governance Excellence
- Translate audit findings and compliance requirements into sustainable process improvements
- Support the continuous development of procurement governance, standards, and procedures
- Ensure procurement processes remain audit-ready and compliant
- Training & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the point of contact for auditors, quality management, compliance, and customers
- Train procurement teams on audit requirements, CSR obligations, and control standards
- Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across procurement
Perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in procurement, quality management, auditing, compliance, or process management within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive audit standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
- Knowledge of TISAX and information security requirements is an advantage
- Experience with internal and external audits and audit preparation
- Understanding of customer-specific requirements (CSR) management
- Knowledge of Internal Control Systems (ICS/IKS) and compliance processes
- Strong process management and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (e.g. German)
