Tareas
- Strategic Responsibility: Manage and develop accounts in existing and new projects, significantly contributing to the success and growth of customer relationships.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact person for customers, working closely with leadership to ensure first-class customer support.
- Price Negotiations: Prepare and conduct price negotiations, managing change and claim processes to achieve satisfactory results.
- Process Coordination: Lead the entire acquisition process, collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of market and customer needs, actively contributing to strategic sales and revenue planning.
- Guidance: Provide transparent and efficiency-oriented guidance to achieve set goals, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Perfil
- Academic Background: Completed studies in engineering, economics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field. Extensive experience in technical sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, characterised by confidence, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
- Communication Skills: Fluent communication in German and English, with strong intercultural competence.
- Working Style: Independent, goal-oriented working style, with enjoyment of teamwork in a dynamic corporate environment.
