Your responsibilities

  • Als Trainee (m/w/d) wirst Du systematisch durch training on the job" in das vielseitige Tätigkeitsfeld im Bereich Logistik/Versand eingeführt
  • Du durchläufst alle relevanten Logistikfunktionen und lernst die innerbetrieblichen Logistik- und Betriebsprozesse aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven kennen
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an logistikbezogenen Projekten mit und wirst dabei zeitlich begrenzt an unseren Standorten wie z. B. in Radebeul und Rotenburg (Wümme) eingesetzt. Auch ein Einsatz in unserer Zentrale in Essen ist möglich.
  • Darüber hinaus erlernst Du alle unsere relevanten Logistikprozesse, bis hin zu notwendigen IT/SAP-Kenntnissen
  • Du bringst Dich in die Optimierung von Logistikprozessen ein, mögliche Themen sind die Digitalisierung, Produktivitätssteigerung, Arbeitssicherheit aber auch Nachhaltigkeit
  • Neben den Projekten lernst Du unser operatives Geschäft kennen, von der Planung unserer Wareneingänge über die Kommissionierung und unsere diversen Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten bis zum Shopfloormanagement
  • So wirst Du perfekt auf Deine mögliche Zielposition nach dem Traineeprogramm vorbereitet, welche sich in den Bereichen der Betriebsführung, Planungsleitung o. Ä. befinden können

Your profile

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics/ Data Science o. Ä.
  • Du hast den Bereich Logistik über erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. Praktikum/ Werkstudententätigkeit/ Ausbildung) in einem Handel/-Industrieunternehmen kennengelernt
  • Erfahrung mit Datenbanken, Massendaten und Tools wie Power BI wäre wünschenswert
  • Du verfügst über ein analytisches Denkvermögen und besitzt ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Unternehmerisches Denken ist für Dich selbstverständlich - so bist Du bereit, für das Erreichen Ihrer Ziele ein hohes Engagement sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein zu zeigen
  • Deine hohe Teamfähigkeit und Dein Wille, Neues zu gestalten, zeichnet dich aus
  • Du kannst dich auf verschiedene Zielgruppen einstellen, bringst die nötige Empathie mit und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit deinem Gegenüber
  • Du bist reisebereit, besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und hast Lust unsere verschiedenen Niederlassungen ggf. deutschlandweit kennenzulernen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.
