Your responsibilities

  • Sie arbeiten an verschiedenen Mehrachsigen CNC-Bohrwerken mit Siemens Steuerung und fertigen Teile für hoch technisierte Maschinen und Anlagen der Hochdrucktechnik.
  • Anhand von Werkstückzeichnungen und Arbeitsplänen rüsten Sie ihre Maschine selbstständig.
  • Das Einfahren, Optimieren und auch Erstellen von CNC-Programmen umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet.
  • Qualitätsabweichungen analysieren, Abhilfemaßnahmen abstimmen und umsetzen.
  • Sie fertigen die Werkstücke entsprechend der Angaben des Fertigungsauftrages.
  • Die Werkerselbstkontrolle gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Wartungsintervalle überwachen und einfachere Instandsetzungsarbeiten ausführen.
  • Ordnungs-, Reinigungs-, Wartungsarbeiten durchführen.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker Drehtechnik / Frästechnik.
  • Der Umgang mit der Siemens 840Dsl / Siemens One-Steuerung ist Ihnen vertraut.
  • Das Programmieren an der Maschine stellt Sie vor keine große Herausforderung.
  • Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Bohrwerken idealerweise sind Sie das Arbeiten mit Plan- und Ausdrehköpfen und Winkelköpfen gewohnt.
  • Der Umgang mit großen und schweren Werkstücken wird von Ihnen sicher beherrscht.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Armaturenherstellung und kommen aus der Kleinserien- und Einzelteilfertigung.
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Engagement.
  • Vielseitigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit machen Sie zu einem geschätzten Teammitglied.
  • Sie sind belastbar und das Arbeiten in einem Schichtsystem gewohnt.
