Your responsibilities
As a working student in Internal Communications, you will be an essential part of the team and will help to strengthen our employee communications and engagement.
Tasks
- Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of employee information, e.g. through our internal newsletter and Intranet, establishing transparent communication channels that empower our workforce.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal events such as virtual meetings, town hall meetings and employee events.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of internal communication campaigns to promote company initiatives and programs.
- Support the collection and analysis of employee feedback to improve internal communication strategies and tools.
- Utilize KPIs to support and measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and campaigns.
- Create and edit various types of internal communication materials, including emails, presentations, and intranet posts. Therefore, work closely with different functional departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
- Assist with further topics in the communications department such as cross-functional content creation, events and change communications activities
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a master’s degree or are close to completing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Sciences, Journalism, or a similar field.
- You have gained first relevant work experience in internal communications, SharePoint-based intranets, or related fields.
- You have strong writing skills with attention to employee needs.
- You communicate seamlessly in both German and English, both written and spoken, enabling you to collaborate effectively in our diverse and global environment.
- You are highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- You are creative, initiative-taking, possess a keen ability to work independently, and have a strong willingness to learn.
