Your responsibilities

Dann werde Teil unseres Teams bei thyssenkrupp Materials Services in der Einheit Service Distribution – und unterstütze uns dabei, mit innovativen 360° Supply Chain Lösungen weiter zu wachsen.

So gestaltest du mit:

  • Leads generieren & qualifizieren
    Du erstellst und pflegst zielgerichtete Lead-Listen für Cross-Selling, kontaktierst Neu- und Bestandskunden über Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn und qualifizierst diese professionell vor.
  • Marktpotenziale erkennen
    Du identifizierst neue Chancen im Markt, analysierst Kundensegmente und bringst eigene Ideen für die Erschließung neuer Zielgruppen ein.
  • Mitdenken & mitwachsen
    Deine Meinung zählt! Als Teil eines wachstumsstarken Umfelds erwarten wir deine Impulse – strategisch und operativ. Du bringst dich voll ein, auch gerne direkt vor Ort beim Kunden.
  • Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe
    Du arbeitest eng mit den Führungskräften im Bereich Service Distribution zusammen und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in B2B Sales-Prozesse auf Top-Level.
  • Sales-Unterlagen & CRM
    Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von kundenindividuellen Präsentationen, pflegst Kundendaten im CRM-System und hilfst, unseren Vertriebsprozess stetig zu verbessern.

Your profile

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL, Sales Management oder ein vergleichbares Fach
  • Du bist ein echtes Verkaufstalent mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
  • Du bringst eine Hunting-Mentality mit – du brennst für Akquise, Umsatz und Wachstum
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenkontakt oder Business Development gesammelt
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und gewissenhaft – und sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch

Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales & Key Account Management zu sammeln und im Konzern ein berufliches Netzwerk aufzubauen. Der Zeitraum beläuft sich zunächst auf 12 Monate (mit Option auf Verlängerung) und die Arbeitszeit beträgt 20 Stunden pro Woche.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.
