Your responsibilities

  • Als Mitglied des Teams Zeitwirtschaft unterstützt Du das Team und unsere Kunden in der täglichen Arbeit (u. a. Ticketbearbeitung und Key-User-Tätigkeiten)
  • Du wirkst bei der Konzeption und der technischen Umsetzung zeitwirtschaftlicher Systemänderungen in einem SAP-System (Customizing) mit
  • Du bringst Dich in laufenden HR- und Digitalisierungs-Projekten im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft ein
  • Bei themenübergreifenden Tätigkeiten arbeitest Du mit weiteren personalwirtschaftlichen Fachbereichen (HR-IT, Personalabrechnung etc.) zusammen

Your profile

  • Du absolvierst Dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich BWL, IT oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Dabei wurde Dein Interesse an HR-Themen, Digitalisierung und Kommunikation geweckt
  • Die gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen beherrschen Du bereits auf einem guten Niveau
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten runden Dein Profil ab
