Your responsibilities

  • Du lernst in deiner Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in innerhalb von 12 Monaten ganzheitlich den Bereich Controlling kennen und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung eines neuen Reportingkonzeptes für die deutschen sowie im zweiten Schritt für europäische Gesellschaften
  • Du wirkst bei der Konzeption einer Reportinglandschaft mit, die optimal auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Stakeholder ausgerichtet ist, und unterstützt bei der Pflege von Datenmodellen
  • Du arbeitest bei der Integration unterschiedlicher Datenquellen (z.B. SAP, Excel, SQL) mit
  • Du analysierst bestehende Controlling-Prozesse und erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Datenqualität
  • Du erstellst und pflegst ETL-Prozesse (Extract, Transform, Load).
  • Zudem unterstützt du bei der Dokumentation von KPIs, Datenflüssen und Governance-Strukturen
  • Du führst Tests und Qualitätssicherungen im Rahmen der Einführung des Reporting-Tools durch

Your profile

  • Du hast Freude daran, während deines Studiums unsere Reportinglandschaft und ControllingProzesse aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL mit ITSchwerpunkt oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen mit BITools (z.B. Jedox, Power BI) oder Datenbanken (z.B. Azure) sammeln
  • Zudem bringst du erste Kenntnisse in Excel, Power Automate, Python oder ETLTools mit
  • Du zeigst Interesse an Themen rund um Unternehmenssteuerung, Datenarchitektur und Governance
  • Du bist hoch motiviert, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Freude an Teamarbeit sowie daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Du gehst zielorientiert vor und verfügst über gute analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus

Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen zu sammeln und im Unternehmen ein berufliches Netzwerk aufzubauen. Der Zeitraum beläuft sich auf zunächst 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung, wobei die Arbeitszeit 20h/Woche beträgt (Möglichkeit auf Vollzeit 38,5 h/Woche während der Semesterferien) und nach Abstimmung auch individuell gestaltet werden kann (beispielsweise in Klausurphasen).
