Your responsibilities

  • Du wirkst bei der Pflege und Verwaltung von Miet- und Gestattungsverträgen mit

Your profile

  • Du absolvierst ein Studium in Immobilienmanagement, Immobilienwirtschaft, Real Estate Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du gehst sicher mit dem MS Office-Paket um und kannst digitale Tools zielgerichtet einsetzen
  • Deine hohe Teamfähigkeit und Dein Wille, Neues zu gestalten, zeichnet Dich aus
  • Du kannst Dich auf verschiedene Zielgruppen einstellen, bringst die nötige Empathie mit und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit Deinem Gegenüber
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen zu sammeln und im Unternehmen ein berufliches Netzwerk aufzubauen. Der Zeitraum ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet. Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 20 Stunden pro Woche - mit der Möglichkeit, während der Semesterferien in Vollzeit zu arbeiten - und kann nach Absprache flexibel gestaltet werden, beispielsweise in Klausurphasen.
