Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien für unsere Business Areas sowie auf Corporate-Ebene.
  • Du treibst tkMC-interne Themen voran.
  • Du verantwortest die Analyse von Märkten oder Performance sowie die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Du kreierst Präsentationen für das Top-Management.

Your profile

  • Du befindest dich am Ende deines Bachelors oder im Master. Dabei sind deine akademischen Leistungen in den Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften bzw. im Ingenieurwesen überdurchschnittlich gut.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen in einer Beratung oder in der Strategieabteilung eines Konzerns sammeln.
  • Du besitzt interkulturelle Kompetenzen, welche du durch deinen Studien- oder Praxisaufenthalt im Ausland vertiefen konntest. Ebenfalls kommunizierst du sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du zählst eine sehr hohe Analysefähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative zu deinen Stärken.
  • Du kannst dir pro Woche zwischen 16 und 20 Stunden Zeit nehmen- und das für mindestens 6 Monate. Die Abwechslung aus Home Office und Präsenz sagt dir zu.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
