Your responsibilities

Du kümmerst dich um die Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung unserer Pool- und Dienstfahrzeuge (z.B. Tanken, zur Waschanlage fahren, Saugen, Cockpitpflege)
Du unterstützt bei der Koordination und Terminierung von Werkstattterminen (z.B. Reparatur, Inspektion, Ölwechsel, Reifenwechsel, Smartrepair, Scheibentausch)
Du beförderst die Fahrzeuge von unseren Standorten Heilbronn, Leingarten und Weinsberg zu den abgestimmten Terminen in unsere Partnerwerkstätten
Du erstellst unter Anleitung Vertragsunterlagen zu unserem Fahrradleasingangebot tkBike
Du unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung der Eingangspost
Du erstellst Fahrzeugkonfigurationen nach Vorgabe und unterstützt im Auslieferungs- und Rückgabeprozess
Du kontrollierst unsere begrenzten Firmenparkflächen hinsichtlich unberechtigten Fremdparkern
Du unterstützt bei der Rechnungsprüfung

Your profile

Du bist an einer Universität oder Hochschule immatrikuliert
Erste Erfahrungen im Fuhrparkmanagement sind von Vorteil
Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Fahrzeugen, Kunden und Mitarbeitern
Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit und besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis
Du hast ein sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
Du bist zeitlich flexibel, um auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen kurzfristig zur Verfügung zu stehen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

Step 5

The offer

Once we have agreed the contractual details, we will send you an employment contract. We will of course also let you know if your application is not successful.
