Your responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding 0 km and field complaints.
  • Lead and coordinate the 8D process, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and warranty claims.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across plants, development, suppliers, and internal quality functions.
  • Monitor complaint-related KPIs, trends, analysis times, and warranty costs.
  • Coordinate customer complaint meetings and supplier-related topics.
  • Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and process optimization.
  • Act as the first escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Customer Complaint Board (CCB) meetings.
  • Monitor and report analysis times, trends, and relevant quality KPIs to management and the respective organizational units.

Your profile

  • University degree in Engineering or comparable relevant technical qualification/experience, particularly in E/E.
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive quality core tools and methods.
  • At least 3 years experience in project management and/or hardware development.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead small cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and 8D methodology.
  • Experience in automotive warranty, quality, or customer complaint management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Analytical, systematic, structured, and self-directed approach to work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, moderation, and negotiation skills.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
