Your responsibilities

  • In Ihrer Funktion als Vorarbeiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die Führung der Mitarbeiter Ihrer Arbeitsgruppe
  • Mit Ihrem Team verantworten Sie die Erreichung von täglichen Montagezielen.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Vorbereitung und Klärung der Montageabläufe und -einsätze
  • Die selbstständige Priorisierung von Arbeitsaufgaben und die Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen gehören neben dem fachgerechten Montieren von Stahlkonstruktionen gemäß technischen Zeichnungen zu Ihren Kernaufgaben
  • Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner zu den Auftraggebern sowie fachspezifischen Bauleitern
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Verordnungen
  • Sie sind vertraut im sicheren Umgang mit Zeichnungen, Schweiß- und Schlossertätigkeiten sowie im Anschlagen und Heben von Lasten.

Your profile

  • Sie weisen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf, vorzugsweise im Bereich Stahlbau- und/oder Anlagenbau o.ä.
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Personalführung sammeln
  • Sie sind sicher im Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Zu Ihren Stärken zählen eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, eine gute kommunikative Fähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Organisationstalent sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit aus
  • Reisebereitschaft zum projektspezifischen Einsatz im Inland und ggf.im europäischen Ausland
  • Sie sind im Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
