Your responsibilities

  • Erstellen von Angeboten nach Kundenwünschen von in- und ausländischen Kunden in Absprache sowie die Aufbereitung von Kundenanfragen für den Zentraleinkauf und technische Machbarkeitsprüfung mit Supply Chain Management (SCM)-Leitung, Produktionsplanung-/steuerung und Produktion
  • Erledigung von Vertriebskorrespondenz, wie zum Beispiel die Systempflege, Chargenreservierung und Übergabe ans SCM
  • Proaktive Kommunikation relevanter Kundeninformationen an den Verkäufer
  • Vorbereitung von internen und externen Terminen, insbesondere die Vorbereitung der Gesprächsunterlagen und Präsentationen in Absprache mit der Vertriebsleitung sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit SCM, Qualitätssicherung, Ordermanagement
  • Datenpflege im CRM System, MS Dynamics sowie die Absatzplanung
  • Kundenbeziehungspflege wie zum Beispiel die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und gelegentliche Abstimmungsbesuche mit den Verkäufern beim Kunden

Your profile

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung wie zum Beispiel Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung innerhalb der Stahlbranche inklusive der Kenntnisse der Kunden- und Marktverhältnisse sowie Produktkenntnisse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
