Your responsibilities

  • Überwachung des gesamten Transportprozesses und Sicherstellung der korrekten Rückführung aller Transportdokumente (analog und digital)
  • Steuerung und Anleitung externer Dienstleister am Standort
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Planung, Vertrieb und Lager
  • Systematische Abwicklung von Transportvorgängen über SAP und die Dispositionsplattform TM
  • Einkauf von Laderaum für Lieferüberhänge
  • Terminüberwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Leistungszusagen gegenüber Kunden und internen Partnern
  • Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben (z.B. Bearbeitung von Frachtdokumenten und SAP-Fehlermeldungen)
  • Unterstützung bei Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie Analyse relevanter KPIs

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. als Speditions- oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Transporteinkauf, bevorzugt im Werkstoffhandel
  • Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft zwischen 6 und 19 Uhr
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch SAP R/3

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
