Neben spannenden Projekten und intensiver training on the job-Phase erwartet Dich ein mehrwöchiger Auslandsaufenthalt zum Beispiel in Australien, Singapur oder den USA.

  • Als Trainee (m/w/d) durchläufst Du alle relevanten Bereiche und erhältst einen sehr guten Überblick über die Organisation und die Themen, die uns alle im internationalen Handel bewegen
  • Du wirst dabei systematisch durch training on the job" in das vielseitige Tätigkeitsfeld Deiner neuen Rolle eingeführt - hierbei lernst Du wie das Trading-Geschäft funktioniert und die Deals zum Abschluss gebracht werden
  • Hierbei stehst Du im stetigen Kontakt mit Deinen Lieferanten und Kunden und lernst so die Einkaufs- und Verkaufsseite kennen
  • So wirst Du auf Deine zukünftige Haupttätigkeit als Junior Trader:in (m/w/d) perfekt vorbereitet
  • Du lernst das Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln kennen und verstehst wie bereichsübergreifende Schnittstellen interagieren
  • Du wirst aktiv bei den Projekten zur Markterweiterung und erschließung mit, indem Du Deine eigenen Ideen einbringst
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit bis zu drei Monate in einer unseren internationalen Niederlassungen mitzuarbeiten und deine interkulturellen Fähigkeiten zu erweitern
  • Zielgerichtete und interessante Projekte, ob national oder global, runden das Traineeprogramm ab

Your profile

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fach, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Rohstoffen, Werkstoffen, Geowissenschaften, Verfahrenstechnik, Metallurgie, Recycling oder Supply Chain Management - alternativ hast Du erfolgreich eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen
  • Dich zeichnet Deine überzeugende Persönlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, kombiniert mit einer analytischen Arbeitsweise aus
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Vertrieb sammeln können (Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten, Auslandsaufenthalte)
  • Dich fasziniert globale Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern aus anderen Ländern und Kulturen
  • Dein Interesse liegt im Verkauf und Einkauf sowie im Kontakt mit Kunden und Lieferanten aus aller Welt
  • Du beherrschst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise noch eine zusätzliche Fremdsprache
  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und bist mobil und offen für nationale und internationale Dienstreisen

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
