Your responsibilities

  • Du arbeitest im Neubauprojekt Direktreduktionsanlage (DRA) mit und gestaltest aktiv unsere Transformation zum klimaneutralen Stahlproduzenten.
  • Du koordinierst und begleitest fachlich die Terminplanung im Projektmanagement des Neubauprojekts DRA im Team PMO und förderst eine kooperative Zusammenarbeit.
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team überwachst Du den Projektfortschritt (intern und extern) und leitest bei Abweichungen konkrete Maßnahmen ab.
  • Du führst Fortschrittsermittlungen sowie Status- und Abweichungsanalysen (Plan/Soll/Ist) durch und entwickelst daraus Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Du integrierst Projektrisiken in die Terminplanung, stellst den Rückmeldeprozess sicher und verantwortest das Reporting an die Projektleitung und den Lenkungskreis.

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Terminplanung, idealerweise im Industrie- oder Großanlagenbau.
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung aus (Neu-)Bauprojekten mit und überzeugst durch ein sicheres Auftreten sowie Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und engagiert – Flexibilität und Teamorientierung zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du gehst sicher mit gängiger Terminplanungssoftware um, insbesondere Primavera P6, und nutzt MS Office sowie SAP routiniert.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
