Your responsibilities

Sie sind für die Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von technischen Unterlagen verantwortlich. Sie bearbeiten zum Beispiel Prüfdokumente, Teilekataloge etc. für Anlagen/Systeme sowie querschnittliche Themen.
Sie sind für die bereichsübergreifende Beschaffung und Freigabe von Arbeitsmitteln und Material zuständig.
Die Führung und Steuerung von Fertigungsunterlagen obliegt Ihnen (z.B. Zuteilung auf KTR).
Sie übernehmen verwaltende Aufgaben (z.B. Führen von fachgebietsübergreifenden Listen).
Für fachgebietsübergreifende Dokumentationen sowie deren Pflege und Aktualisierung sind Sie zuständig.
Sie erstellen und verwalten Datenbanken z.B. Accsess, Datenauswertungen.
Für die Bewertung der wesentlichen Sicherheitsanforderungen für den Betrieb von Maschinen und Anlagen sind Sie verantwortlich.

Your profile

Sie können einen staatl. gepr. Techniker im Maschinenbau vorweisen.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAPPM, SAP-Keyuser und Microsoft Office setzen wir voraus.
Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit proaktiv zu kommunizieren zeichnet Sie aus.
Strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Denkvermögen ist wünschenswert.
Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Step 2

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Step 3

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview. Due to the Corona pandemic, these interviews can currently also take place digitally. The offer
