Your responsibilities

  • Verantwortung des Materialdatenmanagement unter Einhaltung gängiger Spezifikationen und Richtlinien und Erstellung von Ersatzteillisten und Publikationen.
  • Prüfung von Stammdaten im ERP System und in den CAD Volumenmodellen als Voraussetzung für das Materialdatenmanagement und die NATO-Kodifizierung.
  • Erstellung von NATO-Kodifizierungsunterlagen im Rahmen des ASD S2000M-Prozesses.
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung des ASD S2000M Prozesses für Ihren eigenen Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Durchführung von Abstimmungsgespräche mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Erstellung von Explosionsdarstellungen aus CAD Volumenmodellen gemäß allgemeiner Richtlinien.
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Guidance Dokumente und Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggebenden.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistics Engineering: Prüfung und Kontrolle der Ergebnisse im Hinblick auf die Materialdaten und Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit erster Berufserfahrung im Materialdatenmanagement.
  • Erfahrung als technischer Redakteur oder in der Marinelogistik wünschenswert.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Redaktionssoftware APart und im Umgang mit der Spec ASD 2000M oder S1000D.
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen und SAP.
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative.
  • Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
